What to Know

Osteoporosis is becoming more common, especially in adults over 50, as bones become more fragile over time, increasing the risk of fractures. Early detection and treatment are important to preventing fractures and maintaining a better quality of life.

At the Michigan Surgery Specialists Bone Health Clinic, we’re here to help! We offer osteoporosis screenings and bone scans, which take less than ten minutes, to assess fracture risk, treatment options, and personalized bone care plans, including access to physical therapy and medical equipment.
